Filter change vs all change

Hi dtech,
I used to cut apart my filters, but even after 10k mi & more than 12 mos the filters never looked abused in any way. This is with Purolator Pure One filters & UK-made Saab/ACDelco filters.
Lab analysis (Used Oil Analysis, or UOA) from various vehicles (my own included) has shown filter-only changes to provide noticeable improvements in an oil's ability to protect against wear & reduce deposits & acids. I use oversized filters, so a filter-only change removes all the captured dirt & lets me add 16oz-24oz of fresh M1 5W-40.
My UOA results go up on BITOG. Uh, but I think I neglected to post my last 9³ results (from 9 mos ago!)....
