One thing that aggravated this with the initial 9-5s was the dealers moving the cars on the lots frequently during cold weather. This would be done without the engine ever getting close to warm and the plugs would foul because of the rich mixture. Folks with parking situations where a 9-5 would have to be moved out of the way of a family members car during cold weather also experienced this. Saab may have compensated for this in later programming to prevent the plugs from fouling but now realize they have to go to the middle road. Just an idea.
