Mine did, telling me all was fine. Ditto at 65K. Said it just didn't need to be done. Exactly how they knew the condition of the bearings in the pulleys is unknown.
So I had my indy do it (for $100 less than the dealer) at 70K. This is my wife's car and I did NOT want to get the call that she was stranded, which would likely come when I was on a trip in another time zone.
Also... there is the long belt or short belt issue (assuming you have a 4 cylinder. My indy does the long belt, which seems better from most reports.
However, if you have a V6, do the belt and pulleys. No questions asked. Just do it.
