My 9-5 is **two** months old. I love it, but with the warranty, loaners and free maintenance I currently enjoy (and I have 'enjoyed' them already- three times in two months/4000 miles) switching to an indy repair shop will cost me thousands over the next four years. Here in the San Francisco Bay Area -an ideal market for Saab, we've lost two of the closest dealers to me.. Burlingame Saab and Ellis Brooks. The dealer in Marin, also close-ish doesn't seem remotely qualified.. it's just looking hard to stay committed. If the car was out of warranty it would be different as my local indy is great. I just didn't figure on paying them anything till 2012.
