Hit it with PB Blaster first. Let it sit 5-10 mins so it can penetrate. Make sure the torx bit you have is good and sharp, not rounded out.
As others note, put the torx bit in, maybe on an extension, and whack the end with a hammer.
Try to turn it. If no go, get out the blow torch and heat the screw head up a bit, then try again.
I had one two weeks ago on my 9K that I thought wouldn't go, but a couple hits of PB blaster did the trick.
FWIW, *always* get new screws when you order pads and rotors. Use some anti-seize when you install. Still no guarantees, but you put the odds in your favor. They are about $3 and change at eEuro.
