I'd stick with the stock air filter. Why mess around with something that you have to oil and clean? Makes no sense to me, and I doubt the performance gains (if any) are worth it. Lots of stories on the Audi boards about folks losing MAFs due to oil contamination from the K&N's.
For plugs you can use the NGK BCPR7ES-11 which are good old copper core plugs. Just change them every 10-15K miles. They're <$2/ea and they work well. Or you can shell out $15/ea for the platinum NGK plugs if that makes you feel better...but you still need to change them every 30K.
If you have lots of snow get real snow tires. The Pzero's will be like slicks in the snow.
