They're on. I actually got scared about a week into having the car. On my old 9-5 that had the auto dimming rear view mirror the switch on the bottom pushed in and stayed for ON and then when you pushed it again it popped out to turn off. I went to turn it "ON" on my new '04 and the button just popped back out. I kept pushing it getting pissed it wasn't staying in but then noticed the compass display was changing between "O" and "I". Oops. I can't wait to try them. A few months back I was on rte. 2 I think in CT going from Foxwoods to home in Canton. Rte 2 is a 2-lane highway that just goes on forever. It was about 10:30pm, I was crazy tired, and the only other car on the road was some bum right behind me in the next lane over in my blind spot. I had about 45 min. of their headlights blaring in my eyes in the side mirror. They just would not go by!
