As for the Rock Auto - great price but make sure the parts fit. I just went through two kits and the tensioner assembly was still not the right size. The indy ended up using the old plate and putting on a new tensioner and pulley. Rock Auto has a few kits - the TCK285BP and TCK285P also include the cam seals - might as well do that while you are in there. Price is about the same as without the cam seals. The belts are gates and the tensioner is made by SKF.
I can't seem to get this verified but according to gates, the engine was changed mid 99. The instructs list an early and a late model for 99. I have a 2001 and the 2001 kit didn't fit (tensioner plate), well the early design didn't fit either. The TCK285 has Saturn instructions all over it so maybe there are some slight diffs with the Saturn then the Saab engine. Swedecar has indicated that the engine was changed around 2002 2003. If you go gates, just make sure the tensioner plates match up - all else was great.
