Thanks for the info. It took just a little of tapping to get the arm unstuck. It had to be rotated counterclockwise (viewing from the front). Got it connected to the rod - but without the clip now. The clip is $14 at the dealer - ouch! It probably costs 5 cents to make. But it is s redesigned part so hopefully it would last longer than the original.
