most Auto paint stores will mix the print for you to match very well, then you ahve 2 options, some stores sell a spray rattle can they can inject to color into or you can buy the paint in a qt or pint can, and purchase you can buy a airisol sprayer. basically looks like a baby food jar with a pressurized spray top on it. I like this option the best it works very well and is reusable!
the next part is harder, for clear coat you also have 2 options, 1 you can buy a rattle can of clear (but the rattle can clears don't have UV protection in them) this clear will probably be ok for your lower lip, but will not do well on any surface that the sun hits!!! it will not last more then 1 yr on a top surface if your car sits out in the sun!!! but again on your lower lip it should be fine for a few years
the other option is buy a qt of normal clear and reducer and use your spray bottle from option 2 above to spray it on with! this will last forever!
the rattle cans are around $20 each last I used them
and a pint of paint is about the same but you need to buy the sprayer and reducer/hardner for clear so it will cost a litte more but you will have lots of extra paint for later touch ups!!
