I watched a TV show recently and one of the discussions was on replacing shocks....
There are 4 stages in a car shock....the jounce test is for stage 4 ....but the other 3 stages can really only be tested by experience according to the expert...
bodyroll, pitch of the nose on hard breaking, and the fallback of the body on the rear wheels upon hard acceleration...are "symptoms"
