An elevated platform that you rest the power train on. It is the factory recommeded procedure for major repairs. That is how the power train is installed originally, and it is designed to come back out without *too much* difficulty. At the training school they could drop the power train in a couple of hours IIRC - this with a clean classroom car and people knowing what they were doing.
