The recommended interval for 2002 9-5s is every 30,000 miles for standard output 4 & the V-6, and every 40,000 for the Aero. The 2001 Owner's Manual shows every 30,000 for all motors.
Every 10,000 is excessive. You're not gaining anything, unlike with shortening oil change intervals (and some might argue with that...). But it's your money.
ONLY use the plugs recommended in the owner's manual, which are the NGK PFR 6H-10 gapped at 0.95mm (0.0374 in). NGK makes some of the best spark plugs in the world. 30k will barely faze them. They don't usually even need re-gapping until 60k or more...
