I had a V6 that someone put AUTOLITES (Ford junk) in the car - ran like crap especially at part throttle, then later at full throttle, first one, then 2 more cylinders - switched to the OEM Bosch dual electrode and PERFECT idle.
I found that one of the plugs had actually cracked from the misfiring...
Since you have that asymmetrical turbo, not sure how that affects that V6 - the normally aspired version was more HP and better mpg, and perfect reliability for me (once those plugs were ditched for the correct ones) but then the belt had 90k on it so it idled rough until I replaced that as well! (was 30k overdue on the ORIGINAL belt!!!) Have heard the move to the damn direct ignition PITA makes it fail though - the old wires were very reliable for 90K+...
