Honestly, I don't think it is possible to hydro lock an engine with a vaccum hose, the volume is just not enough. The engine is turning at 2000-2500 RPM so the volume is quite large. When I did it on my other car it took about a 40 sec to a minute to empty a standard glass. Why would you be OK dumping in seafoam and not water? Seafoam can lock your engine as well.
