It it time to call a priest???

My 2001 Saab (~100k) is giving me trouble starting when it is cold. It takes two to three attempts to run. My SID and check engine light are normal. I searched the 9.5 forum and found several possible solutions, this is what I have done in the past couple of weeks
• Cleaned the throttle body with carburetor cleaner (this always worked in the past)
• Reset the fuel map (touched the pos and neg battery cables together with the battery disconnected of course.
• Ran a tank full of STP super concentrated gas treatment. I only use Mobil high test in the car
• Replaced the Crankshaft Position sensor
None of the above cured the problem. It is odd because it only happens when the engine is stone cold. I drive to work and 8 to 9 hours later it starts right up, but it stumples to life when it sits in my garage overnight ~12 hours ????
I was going to check and re-gap visually inspect the plugs to see if they are out of spec. But they only have 15K mile on them??? I was also planning on cleaning the mass air flow sensor but I do not believe that it is even used during the cold engine start sequence????
It is weird because the cars runs totally normal otherwise. Is it time to call a priest?
Thank you for the help
Sue
