During headgasket replacement and pulling on motor block for something I can't remember after head was off, I saw the whole motor shift off of the back mount.. I yanked at it more and it was moving all over.. since my right mount was visibly toast after removing yoke (looked sunk more than your was) and rear was moving all over, figured all must be toast so ordered all 4.. so far have just replaced rear mount and will replace others as put it back together. after got it out, was flopping/broken in half and holding together by a string of rubber.. with head off the rear mount was very easy and did it all from above.. this what it looked like after separating from thread of rubber holding together
