As Anders noted in his initial response, make sure you have the tranny fluid level checked especially since you said you just had a flush and refill. For all you know, the service tech didn't put in enough or used the wrong fluid. It might be best to go to someplace otehr than the dealer to have the level checked. If it's low, have it topped up and then go back to the original service dealer for further resolution if req'd.
