I just tried on a 2002 9-5 but could not find an option with all doors unlock with key out.
The upshift light option was there but with a info text on the Tech 2 screen saying that the upshift light must have been turned on from factory setting for it to work with the on/off option.
What that exactly means I don't know except that if I would to have some problems turning the light off, I would have that info text to alert me that yes, it might not be possible due to some outside elements that I can't control.
And as you have seen now, things change from year to year and from one Tech 2 update to another.
I don't keep track of (or remember) what all earlier versions could do or not on all models, years and engines, many times due to that I might not try each function on all cars with each Tech 2 version.
Sometimes the Tech 2 gets updated 3-4 times a year so you never know what comes and goes.
To go back and first load an older TIS version on your PC and then downdate the Tech 2 card is at least a 1/2 to 1 hour job per version so you would have to find a mechanic that is hell bent on helping you and you ready to pay some big money for it.
Hope this shed some light on the complexity of today's cars.
