I'd start off by exercising the seat and mirrors. There are sensors in the seat that sense position, and the mirrors do something similar. Take each item and run it full scale along one axis back and forth a few times, then go to the next axis.
I had a similar problem with my 9-5 with the mirror not going into proper "reverse" mode when selected. Running the mirror around helped for a while.
But Bill's suggestion about the sticky switch is also a good one.
