When I spoke of bolts to press off the hub ...
I also used nuts for the bolts to press back against. The steering knuckle holes are drilled through - the caliper housing is threaded. I used ordinary ansi coarse thread bolts - the next size smaller than the metric mounting bolts, and about 1 1/2 inches long, I think.
