A/C Craziness Posted by Greg Bender [Email] (#1027) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Greg Bender) on Tue, 14 Jul 2009 06:27:35 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
Hi all,
I've got a 2000 9-5 SE that has me stumped with some A/C craziness. Here are the symptoms and what I've learned so far:
1. Air blows cold on the passenger side but blows hot on the drivers side.
2. I did the "auto" + "off" configuration three times but no errors were thrown.
3. I figured it was probably a blend door shaft or blend door arm that had cracked or broken. So, I pulled the stepper motors off both sides and had a look. No cracks or broken bits. The shafts and arms appear to be functioning properly.
So now I'm stumped and not sure what the problem could be. Any ideas would be great. Thanks!
Regards,
Greg "Phoenix is a wee bit warm this time of year" Bender
