That is why I am not upset, and why I plan no reaction.

My neighbor two doors away is a retired Diesel mechanic and I borrowed some special sockets from him to get the old system off easier. He has made a few comments in the past 4 months that indicate he likes the sound of my car. Hence, I think it was all in good natured fun.

And the car really isn't loud. My wife, who is awake when I leave for work, says she can barely hear my car leaving the house. She feels there is no way it would disturb anyone who is asleep.
