I gave the dealer a well deserved unsatisfactory survey rating, not just because they overcharged me in my view, but also becuase they provided an estimate and failed to mention that diagnosis was an additional 0.5 hrs labor. Plus I made an appt a week in advance for the leak and the fuel clip warrantly recall, which they claimed they were out of stock on fuel clip, but I called the next day and they said they had 1 in stock. If they did not have any when I made my appt they should have ordered some knowing that there was a need in a weeks time.

So the manager of the dealer writes me in response to his bad survery result to say, I am wrong about their dealership and everything they've charged and everything they do is well within reason and above board.

At the same time the guy tells me he would be happy to credit me the diagnosis time on my next visit. An admission of guilt, or won't they tack the half-hour on whatever else I need to make up the diff?
