Blown strut: Would there be other symptoms?

Thanks for the advice! I had the car looked over by my mechanic, who only works on SAABs and knows the cars very well. He didn't see any fault, but that was before I went to get the car aligned. I've been getting the occasional clunking sound from the front right on impacts, but again, he said nothing looks damaged. What would be the symptoms of a blown strut, besides the impreciseness I feel?
BTW, did you install Bilsteins on all 4 corners? I only had them on the rear of my '00 Aero, the car was transformed. I take it the car would be quite a bit stiffer (which I would enjoy, but) with Bilsteins all around... our roads here in Montreal are TERRIBLE!!!
Thanks again,
Rick
