No Crank Cold? Help!

I went out to my car this morning to go to work. When I go to start it, it won't catch! The car cranks over fine and I hear the buzz of the fuel pump (fuel pump replaced 20K miles ago), but it just won't start. Is it possible for a CPS to go bad when the car is cold? I have checked all connections in the engine bay and everything looks good. If anybody has any insight, please let me know! Thanks! BTW its a 2001 9-5 V6
