I'd be leery of putting too much stock in retail asking prices. I've watched many car salesman knock a couple thousand off an asking price as soon as I walked up to the car. Looking at internet prices you'd never know that they'll do this.
Costco has a new program for used cars that some dealers will participate in whereby you pay the price that is exactly half way between the Kelly Blue Book (KBB) retail price and the KBB trade-in price. I'm seeing a KBB retail asking price of $20,275 and a trade-in price of $15,075. Half way is $17,675 for my area. Keep in mind that's without using any negotiating skills. That's just walking into the dealer and showing them your Costco card (assuming you've got one). You can likely negotiate $500 to $1,000 below the Costco price. Hence knocking 25% off the asking price is probably the right place to start, knowing that with luck you'll end up at around $16,500. It would really help your negotiating position if you had another car you'd buy instead.
Good luck.
