Buy rebuilt. Yes, if you rebuild it yourself you will be able to see the caliper conditions. But, what if they are corroded? Then, you have just added more days to the job while you wait for the rebuilt calipers to arrive. Also, it sounds like one of your calipers is stuck, and that is not normally caused by bad rubber seals. A leaking caliper is a better candidate for rebuilding.
I got a rebuilt caliper (with a lifetime guarantee) from the local auto parts store for $70 (same brand Centric). They are usually about 15% higher than eEuroparts, but for something that involves a core, the return shipping can easily eat up the difference.
