I have to agree with the other comments, Saabs did not come with factory dark tint, or privacy glass as it's also known. What you must have is a pretty well installed film. If it passed inspection don't worry about it, if it becomes an issue you can always peel it off, just like a sticker on glass, you need to find a corner and start there. Your best bet is to go to a tinting place and they will know what to do.
Even if you remove the film you will have glue residue on the glass if not done right. Careful if removing form glass with a grid defroster.
