In case you're still watching this thread, I just did this today, twice on the same side (sigh). One thing I didn't know to pay attention to was that the bolt heads for the three bolts go on the top, nuts on the bottom. Second, related, the WIS says first mount the ball joint in the "steering swivel member", which we'd call the hub. The problem is that there's very little clearance between the three bolts and the various parts of the hub, getting those three bolts in while the ball joint is already in the hub is impossible, as far as I can tell. Much easier to mount the three bolts, then put the vertical shaft of the ball joint into the hub, then the bolt through the hub, then tighten everything. Also, I had to put a small jack under the rotor to move it up an inch or so to get the three holes into alignment. Then used a screwdriver stuck in one of the holes to wedge it into place. Having done it, I could probably do it again in 45 minutes or so, instead of all afternoon. At least it was 68 and sunny....
