"These tires have a "mount this side out" marking, but no directional arrow."

They are asymmetric, but not directional. You can rotate them at will, but you can't flip them over on the rims to even out wear.

The tires are taller than your old ones, so your SID and odometer are now off by an amount related to the difference in height - this will affect your mileage calculations. They may also be softer &/or stickier which will lose mileage. All other things being equal, wider tires lose mileage too - that's why Prius has very tall skinny tires for the size of car.
