which way You will flush Your engine.
I'm sharing my experience of almost two decades of SAABS driven and repaired. I think Amsoil (as well as any Winn, Cyclo or STP) will do the job, without any "mixture" preparation (being essentially a mix of lite Hydrocarbons and detergents). I am not aware of the effect these products have towards plasticts and rubbers (nitilic or syliconic)and gaskets. Towards aluminium neither. BTW, PCV 6 is very good solution along with regular oil+filter changes.
