Have you tried removing the plastic piece with the nozzels and see if there clogged? The part is held on with an o-ring snap fit.
The inside hatch cover is removed with gentle force. the plastic trim around the back window snaps out. then remove the plastic rivits and the bolts around the handle. The upper part is also snapped in. It's not too bad. It makes a pretty loud noise when removing the snap in parts.
