Got the used jalouise off the spare salvaged shifter asssembly. As usual, the WIS was not completely clear as what to do to "remove" something. I did get it out without damaging anything. Good to have a spare to work on so now I know what to do to get the one off my car. Cleaned it up and now ready to do the R&R on the one in my car. I will wait for when I have daylight to work. Soldering is required unless you want to attempt to dismantle the S button. Looks like that is possible. Soldering is easier.
