Battery died, now "RADIO CODE". What next?

First of all, sorry for not coming over here as often as I used to. Getting ready to graduate takes the toll on web lurking :( But now I need your help.
So I was happily tinkering with my car today, changing the subwoofer and then the cabin air filter. After changing the sub I checked how it works and everything was working fine (this is important piece of information). I also changed one of the bulbs in SID, and to do that I had to take the radio out.
Since I was checking the sub, opening the doors and windows, moving the seats etc., I happened to kill the battery, as the car would not start anymore (little sputter and dim lights at first, followed by no sputter at all). No problem, I'll jump it from my wife's car. After several tries (hmm?) we managed to get it running again. Unfortunately, the radio doesn't work! All it says on the screen is RADIO CODE. Now I know that or Saabs play with the marry/divorce type of thing, so obviously I don't have any codes. The radio was working fine 10 mins earlier before I took it out.
So, now what? How do I solve it? Besides the radio, everything else works fine (CHECK OK, to say it like my car does). What do I do next? Same car, same radio, RADIO CODE displayed and no music Help?
