Like unplugging the battery for a few minutes, or taking the head unit out and wiggling it back into place? Check the fuse on the back of the radio? Although I'm not sure if you'd get "RADIO CODE" for that... Make sure the radio harness is seated firmly in the cage. How is the car cranking? If the cranks are long and drawn out the battery might be tired which can lead to interesting electrical gremlins. Keep us posted!
