Rear Springs, DK Code vs. BS Code?

I've just received a parts order including new rear springs for my 1999 SE V6. On the car namplate, the suspension code is BS, which is the springs I ordered (PN 5056916).
Instead, I received code DK springs (PN 5062377). eEuroparts description does say that DK springs are also good for BS code applications.
Anybody have a reference that reveals the difference between Code DK and Code BS rear springs? I'm not too concerned that these will be wrong somehow, but I'd like to know.
Thanks,
Reg
