Update on puff of smoke after boost

Interesting updated on my earlier post titled "Puff of Smoke after boost" from 5/10.
I took the car back to the dealer for them to check their work on the oil leak, pcv #6, and smoke. I explained I was concerned that the smoke after boost started immediately after their service, and they had failed to reconnect the vacuum hose on the turbo bypass valve.
They had the car since 7:00 AM and call me 5 minutes before they close to quote me $2400 for a new turbo. I call back the next morning and have to leave a message, stating that's too much for a turbo and that they didn't address my concern about their service error. I get another voicemail from the dealer saying they couldn't understand my message because it was breaking up, but they misquoted my for the turbo and it should be $2000. I declined the service. When I went to pick up the car today, the cashier hands me an invoice dated 1 day after I declined the service. It says the problem would required a $2000 turbo install and a new head gasket at another $2300.
The kid pulls my car around and it's spewing far more smoke than it ever did, and not under boost but now at idle. I declined to receive that car, explained it's far worse than when I brought it in, and told him to park it.
I smell shenanigans. Especially since I check my oil and coolant before taking the car in and they were crystal clear. This is the same official saab dealer where I bought my car a few years back.
