Lots of people love Les Schwab but we won't go near the place. Last time we bought tires from them, the "forgot" to tighten the wheel lugs on one wheel. Then after they corrected that, I got a flat-tire sometime later and one of the lugs/bolts was cross-threaded and would not come off. Pumped up the tire enough to get home. Les Schwab said they "didn't cross-thread the lug and basically said prove it". Then to add insult to injury, we had a 4-wheel alignment on our Ford Taurus. When we went to pick it up, they said "oh by the way, both of your front CV boots are torn". Damn, they were both split open and grease running out right at their shop. Just a few months earlier, I had installed new half-shafts and I inspect them during every oil-change. I also stopped for a Gal a couple of months ago to help with a flat tire. She knew nothing about cars so I went to put on the spare. Well, again, a cross-threaded lug so I couldn't get the wheel off. I finally got it to seize and was able to break off the lug to get the wheel off. Just sit outside the bays and watch them work. Faster isn't always better. I always love it when they torque the lugs with the air wrench in a circular pattern. It all depends who's doing the work as I imagine they also have some good Techs. It's up to you where you get you brakes done...
