As others have said, it is the valve right under the electric box on the fire wall. I just changed this yesterday in fact. I picked a used one (actually took home two) from a parts yard. It is pretty easy to change actually. Unbolt electric box from fire wall, I didn't bother disconnecting anything just gave some wiggle room. Lay over the engine bay, use your left arm and take off the two hoses on the left side of valve. Then CAREFULLY unclip attached (meter?) and pull the valve through the mess of vacuum lines until the valve is easily accessible to remove right hose. Only reason I did it this way, it was way to hard to fully open a pair of pliers in space given under the electric box. Attach new (used) valve to right hose and do in reverse the above directions. As you may notice (hypothetically) you forgot which one of the two on the left goes on top or bottom, the hose coming from the firewall goes on top.
Hope this long winded babble helps.
