I had just used the VS721 tool. (Look back in the board).
I got it from uktools. Sadly I could not find it anywhere in the USA. I
envision the UK full of vauxhalls and saabs on every road with neat special tools in their trunks?
I found the tool (despite the pound/dollar difference) worth every penny.
I laughed when I went to do the bottom bushing and the small end of the tool was able to fit in front of the shock mount; as if the tool was designed to fit there...oh wait a minute , it was.
Other tools that helped;
18mm and 19mm box wrench for one end of the roshebush bolt and tool.
a 5 inch extension for my 1/2 rachet. (the rotor blocks a direct socket
wrench on front of the rosebush and tool).
a deep 19mm or 3/4 inch (both fit) socket for the rosebush tool. (when pressing the new bushing in the bolt/thread of the tool is all the way
extended.)
My trailing arms are next as they were on back order from Powerflex.
A journey and quest rebuilding the suspension....
