I think you're a bit overprotective of your car 8-). Using Dexcool or even standard green coolant would be fine if you are going to have coolant change at 2-year intervals. I have Dexcool in my wife's 2003 Aero and I had the coolant changed once since new when I changed the coolant bypass valve. The coolant reservoir still looks pretty clean to me. Dexcool is supposed to be "life-time" but changing it in 2-3 year would be good practice.
If the dealer uses Dexcool, I would just let it be and watch the coolant reservoir and see if the coolant stays clean and clear. Coolant change is relatively inexpensive even if you pay someone to do it. Eventually, the dealer is going to ask you to change the water pump anyway. The pump part isn't that much but the labor is.
Let us know how things go.
