Am also about to buy a 2008 with 16, 500 miles for 22,900 with cpo. When you say that the cpo after 2009 covers less are you talking about the car being a 2009 or it doesn;t matter if the car is 2008.

What kind of body guidelines does a car have to have to get the cpo?

Also I was told that tires and brakes are not going to be new.

What should I expect for the 1500 extra that the car will cost me. What other kinds of things need to be fixed for the cpo? Without the cpo it would be 1500 less. I drive only about 7,000 miles a year city driving.

I only plan to keep the car for maybe three to four years and then maybe lease a new 9-3. Will there be any value for my 2008 9-5 ( non aero but otherwise totally loaded with prem pack, on star rain sensing washers, compass and back up sensors and power folding mirror.?
