SWEDECAR. Thanks, I am part way there. I had the crank locking tool in place so the crank did not move. I just backed both #1 and #2 back into place and set them EXACTLY with the "figure 8" tool. I have the belt properly aligned with the double GREEN lines at the six o'clock position on the crank; YELLOW lines aligned on cams 1 and 2 and the WHITE lines aligned on cams 3 and 4. Now if I can just get the belt over the lower pulley tensioner. I had it on yesterday but can not seem to get it on today. Must be a "Wednesday" problem. I do still find a lot of slack between the crank and the belt tensioner. I can not seem to get the tensioner to move to the mid point index. A real shame we are a continent apart; your shop would be getting my business. Thanks, PFB.
