I can see how someone would say this just looking at an upscale version of the Maxima, or perhaps after a short test drive. I just put 2,300 miles on one in Montana, Alberta and BC. It was substituted by Hertz for the car we reserved but they did not have.

On the plus side are the ride, handling, fuel economy and a very good V-6 motor.

But the seats were so bad that we were stiff and sore after a couple of days no matter how we adjusted them. We could not wait to get back into my 9-5 and my wife's V-70.
