What engine?
The MAF meter does not control or "let in air". It is passive in that regard.
That code is for long term max fuel adaption, has tied to increase fuel and is maxed out. Clean fuel injectors, techron concentrate suggested. Fuel pressure might be down. Your fuel filter should not be restrictive at those miles.
Clean MAF or replace, but hard to know if that is needed. Check for air leaks down stream of throttle. Grab the throttle body or intake manifold and with force, try to see if something is loose. An air leak would make things rich on boost and lean off-boost.
Remove and read the plugs? Any look hotter or leaner than others? That can point to a lean injector.
