I've done 3 of these so far, it's best to take the turbo out of the car, a vice would be very handy to hold it while marking it for realignment.
As for parts, I reused everything except the 4 bolts that hold the cartridge to the exhaust side of the turbo housing, the heads rust and shrink in size, which makes taking them off with standard wrenches an issue, I soak all the bolts down with PB Blaster well before I begin, but still find that those four bolts respond best to heat and vice grips.
The large o ring is reuseable, I just clean it with some WD40.
Be sure to prime the cartridge with oil before starting the engine for the first time.
