'01 Aero ~95K

While driving at highway speed, If I accelerate too quickly (i.e. to quickly pass a car), I notice:

When turbo gauge dips into the red zone, the engine would "cut off" my acceleration. while the engine's doing that (or at the same time?), I "feel" like the right front tire's running over highway rumbling strips AND the engine would freely rev for a fraction of second.

Also, the turbo gauge would simultaneously drop back to "no boost" position.

After that I would regain the control of my acceleration again.

The car just started to do this for couple weeks (for a total of 3,4 times.)
