Saab made several variants of the 2.3 turbo motor:

2.3 LPT 4: 170 HP (1998-2000 base 9-5s, and SEs until the V6 was available)
2.3 little "t" 4: 185 HP (2001 base 9-5, 2002-2005 Linear. Saab pretty much dropped the whole LPT thing in US marketing by this point, but the 185 HP motor stuck around till they buried the "Form" designations in '06.)
2.3 Big "T" 4: 220 HP (Arc models 2004-2005)
3.0 LPT 6: 200 HP (All SEs from 2000, some late 1999 SEs. This was supposed to be the SE motor, but it was delayed.)
Aero FPT 4: 230 HP (2001)
Aero FPT 4: 250 HP (2002-2005)
FPT 4: 260 HP (all 2006-2009)

The "T" designations went like this:

2.3t = 185 HP
2.3T = 220-260 HP, depending on model and/or year
3.0t = the 3.0 V6. There never was a 3.0T...
