Recently I am having issues with extreme pressure in the cooling system, here is a chronological breakdown of the events...
8/2/10 Had OEM radiator flushed, cleaned and pressure checked.
8/16/10 Upper Radiator Hose ruptured, had upper and lower hose
replaced and new coolant.
9/17/10 120K Major service performed at Atomic, including replacement
of thermostat assembly, heater bypass valve, oil cooler seal,
seal ring V-6 bridge, thermostat tube seals.
10/26/10 OEM Radiator failure (rupture), replaced with new radiator.
12/12/10 New radiator fails, ruptured side cap.
Tech at A.J. reports that there is oil in the hose between the turbo unit and cooling system...suspects that turbo may have failed and is now overly pressurizing the cooling system?
Any guidance / trouble shooting protocol would be appreciated.
